It backs up to private, empty community land which provides additional privacy and quiet to the property. And if you need to catch up on work between fun, we have high-speed internet and several spaces to work. The living and kitchen spaces have been recently updated. The chef's kitchen includes a brand new stove and is fully equipped with cooking/baking utensils you'd need to create a wonderful meal. There is a 6-person dining table both inside and outside, and a charcoal grill. The living room has plush seating for 6+ guests with a 55 inch Smart TV with access to your favorites - Netflix, Disney, HBO, and more. Bathrooms are stocked with shampoo and body wash for your convenience. Stacked washer/dryer available for use in-home. We are near many local amenities and our home is within the sought-after, private Lake Naomi Club. You are always able to choose not to use the club amenities and enjoy our home, any public areas nearby, and all of the local attractions! -A temporary membership to the Lake Naomi Club offers access to a wide array of amenities including their pristine 277 acre lake, which is non-motorized for swimming, sailing, kayaking, canoeing, and fishing. There are seven beaches for swimming. Lake Naomi Club offers an outdoor Olympic-sized pool and a second outdoor pool with an aquatic climbing wall, a 9-hole executive golf course, a tennis center and a clubhouse with restaurant and pub. Additional greens/court fees apply. Boat rental (canoe, kayak, rowboat) is available with membership. -The Logan Steele Community Center includes an indoor pool with zero-depth entry, kids splash pool, adult whirlpool and steam room/sauna, fitness center, game room, indoor tennis/basketball, café, toddler play room, outdoor playground and parks. NOTE- Temporary membership applications need to be completed at least 48 hours in advance of your stay . Application and photo IDs must be submitted 48 hours prior to the arrival date or there will be a $50.00 expedited processing fee charged by the club. Smart/keyless entry for your convenience.
